"The World is a dark place, and I fear it has grown only darker in times of late...
The world needs something, someone, who will stand up for what is good and will root out evil
wherever it lies
By my sword, the spirit of my Knighthood, and the tools and techniques bestowed upon me by the
Order of
Embers
...I will be the Hero the world needs!"
"Though my Father was a Great Swordsman, and my Auntie a Renowned Dragonslayer, I found once I
peeled back the veils of their grand acts they did not meet up to the legend..."
"Having forever aspired to be one of the legendary heroes written into scroll and song such that I might
prove
my efforts for the world bore fruit...
...I will defend good people from evil wherever I might find it"
- My Cousin, Celica Wyrther, who currently works with the other Corlanni nobles of Boralus to ensure a
better future for our people.
- Bianca Wyrther, another cousin who I consider almost a sister, finds herself glory and fortune along
own band of privateers. She has a particular flair for challenging the Bloodsail, either by blade or aboard
with her ship.
-Myself! I am a member of the Order of Embers, and I have fought not only the Coven but also aided in
a rival faction of witchhunters from plaguing Drustvar. I've also travelled greatly across Kul Tiras, quelling defeating monsters and other Evils in order to defend the good people of the Isles.
A noble family from Corlain who have been seated in the city's hightown serving under the Waycrests for generations.
With a reputation for being skilful warriors and undeniably stubborn, they fit in well with Drustvar's hearty peoples. Traditionally, they did not involve themselves much in politics, and instead earned and maintained their wealth through spoils of war.
The eldest members of the family still alive participated during the Second War alongside Alliance armies, and won decorations of valour in battle with many foes brought to their heel. However, the legacies they left to their children proved false.
Alaina's father promised a life of honour as a Knight, though as she grew she found his idea of honour differed greatly to hers. Alaina's auntie, the mother of her cousins, similarly expected great things from her children and crushed their spirit in different ways. Alaina and her cousins now seek to forge their own path, distancing themselves from who their parents believed they should be and make the house their own.
The oldest Wyrther of this generation, Celica was groomed from birth to become the new Head of the House one day when her mother stepped down.

With the weight of the future of her family on her shoulders, Cel struggles with the same pettiness and spite that she despises her mother for directing at her for so many years.
She holds desperately onto her own identity, and like all Wyrthers hates being told what to do. Despite this, Cel has a great deal of love for her country and has a strong affinity for environmentalism.
Choosing to engage more in local politics to help Corlain's restoration after the Coven's attack, Cel does her best not just to stand for her family, but the people of Corlain too and for the land and seas they live on.
Everything must come in balance, and it is her job as Head to find that right balance.
Along with her partner Lyra, a famous lawyer from Stormwind, Cel represents the first pillar of the new Wyrther household- its political connections and importance to Corlain.
Stricken with an eternal middle-child syndrome, Lewis didn't bend or break against his mother's wishes.
In fact, he was largely ignored. Perhaps he might have liked some more responsibility, but no one would know as they never asked him.

In fact, he was largely ignored. Perhaps he might have liked some more responsibility, but no one would know as they never asked him.
The escape from Corlain during the Coven's attack greatly traumatised the young boy during his teenage years, and at the first opportunity he took off to the mainland.
Lewis is undoubtedly the most normal of the Wyrthers, and yet he is also perhaps the most successful. While there is not much to say on him, he is mature and well-measured.
He runs a shipping company called Skyhold shipping, propping up the second pillar of the Wyrther household, a growing economic power as they slowly claw back their fortunes from trade rather than from war.
As the youngest child, Bianca only ever wanted an easy life. She saw the responsibility of the household and thought that it would only stifle her and restrict her, and regularly argued with her mother and Cel who expected that she too would engage in family matters seeing that Lewis was evidently useless.

As the youngest child, Bianca only ever wanted an easy life. She saw the responsibility of the household and thought that it would only stifle her and restrict her, and regularly argued with her mother and Cel who expected that she too would engage in family matters seeing that Lewis was evidently useless.
After the attack by the Coven, Bianca left home and disappeared for years, only being found later by Alaina under the name 'Siren', a captain of a small crew of pirates who unknowingly raided her own brother's vessels.
Now brought back from a life of crime, Bianca has finally begun to grow up and realises her rebellions against her family mean little when there was no one truly expecting anything from her anymore.
With an undeniable love for danger and freedom, Bianca suited the life of an Admiralty-backed privateer who now from time to time escorts shipping vessels from Skyhold through dangerous Bloodsail infested waters. After all, who better to protect them from pirates than someone who used to be one?
